By downloading, installing, or using Glowary ("the App") or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our Service.

Glowary provides AI-powered facial analysis, appearance scoring, and personalized recommendations. The Service is for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only and does not constitute medical, dermatological, or professional beauty advice.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use Glowary. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• You retain ownership of photos you submit.
• You grant Glowary a limited license to process your photos solely to deliver the analysis Service.
• You must not submit photos of others without their explicit consent.
• You must not submit photos of minors.
• You agree not to use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically access our Service
• Submit false, misleading, or offensive content
• Impersonate any person or entity

Glowary may offer premium features via subscription. Terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are disclosed at the point of purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and subject to their terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Glowary does not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis results. Scores are algorithmic estimates and should not be taken as definitive assessments of your appearance or worth.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glowary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
